We will be having a fantasy draft, however these are the salaries we will be using: Salaries. We will be using the 2006-07 salaries. If you choose a player that is a free agent, then he will be a free agent when you get him and you'll have to re-sign him. That happens. Also, the salary cap for this league, for this year, will be $50,000,000.

I have two questions: 1. When signing drafted players that are free agents, can you just sign them for, lets say, half a million or do you have to sign them by what they're worth according to the Salaries website? 2. What decimal place do you round salaries to?

What decimal place do you round salaries to? Well you'll be competing with other players for those free agents. You'll get first shot at signing them because you drafted them, so you sign them for whatever you think they're worth. If a player had an oversized contract in 05-06 you can cut it down, but if he was underpaid, don't expect to get him underpaid again. Others will come and bid above you.
